Chris is as detail oriented as they come. Amazing amazing AMAZING rainman-like memory and definitely thinks outside of the box when it comes to buying and selling homes. We bought two homes and sold two homes over the period of 7 years with him and what a pleasure it was. His best quality is his honest straight-forwardness. He will tell you spot on what your house will sell for and he is always on the money. We worked with an east end realtor trying to sell our st matthews home for almost a year! We switched the listing when our contract was up to the Eagan Team and our home sold 2 weeks later! He knows how to “close the deal”, but most of all, if you want that “SOLD” sign staked in front of your house, so you can move on with your life, call hime. He is the nicest, most honest realtor and will get your house SOLD quickly. Or do you want to find the house of your dreams? call Chris. He will NOT give up. Believe me. If there was ever anyone he SHOULD have given up on, it was us. He must have showed us 573,000 homes (slight exaggeration…) over a year and half span… I felt guilty running him around all over creation, but never once did he complain to us – as indecisive as we were…, he just kept plugging along determined to help us find our “home” which we did eventually find. On a side note, his wife, Allison, is also a fantastic realtor, but we worked primarily with Chris. I highly recommend them.
